Aaron is an Entrepreneur in Residence and founding member of General Catalyst's growth equity team. As both an operator and investor, Aaron focuses on technology driven consumer businesses, travel and new media.

Aaron's a founding member of General Catalyst and has since held a number of operating rolls in various GC portfolio companies, including CEO of National Leisure Group, one of the largest travel technology and distribution companies in the US (sold to World Travel Holdings).

Prior to NLG, Aaron was acting COO of Onboard Media, (sold to Louis Vuitton, Inc), a leading provider of integrated media services including magazine publishing, TV programming, and promotion operations.

Aaron is a former associate of Bain & Company where he was a founding member of Bain's LBO group. Prior to Bain, Aaron served as a sergeant in the US Army's 82nd Airborne Division where he trained and led an elite parachute unit tasked with operating independently during high-risk operations. Aaron led combat operations in Panama (operation Just Cause) and Iraq (operations Desert Shield/Storm). Aaron is a graduate of Northeastern University, summa cum laude.
