A maker of wind-power technology has moved its headquarters to an Orange County factory setting that had been vacant for two years due to a transfer of an old tenant's manufacturing operations to Mexico. The folks at Colliers International report that they helped negotiate a new lease for the 167,778-square-foot industrial building located at 5800 Skylab Rd. in Huntington Beach. (That's the facility above!) Colliers says this five-year lease — a $4.9 million deal — was the largest lease transaction completed year-to-date in West Orange County.
