Data center operator Phoenix NAP (www.phoenixnap.com) announced on Friday that content delivery provider Highwinds (www.highwinds.com) has established a point-of-presence within the Phoenix NAP facility. The 160,000 square foot data center opened in June with about 15 percent of its 45,000 square foot first phase occupied by customers.
