Rishi is responsible for building FanSnap's industry-leading network of ticket providers, strategic partnerships with major publishers and media brands, the FanSnap Advertising Network, and corporate development. Rishi co-founded FanSnap during his first year at the Harvard Business School while working in an EIR capacity at General Catalyst Partners, and took a leave of absence from HBS to launch the business.
Previously, Rishi was Director of Strategy and Business Development for MTV Networks, where he focused on acquisitions, strategic investments, and new business development across a variety of digital media categories. Rishi also spent time at Google, where he developed the business plan and helped launch business development for Google PrintAds.
Earlier, Rishi was an investment professional at Highland Capital Partners, a leading Boston-based venture capital firm, where he focused on enterprise software and digital media. He began his career as an investment banker in the Corporate Finance Division of the Morgan Stanley Technology Group.
Rishi received a Bachelors degree in Economics and Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University. He remains a die-hard Cardinal fan, while suffering with his fellow Houstonians over the Rockets, Texans, and Astros.
